What Formats are the designs?

We offer all our designs in the following formats. .pes, .hus, .vip, .jef, .vp3and .art. If you need a different format, you can E-MAIL us. 

Our native format is vp3.

 

 How Do I Purchase Designs?

 

To purchase designs, you simply need to click on your selections and go through the checkout process. After making your selections, you will be transferred to the Pay Pal order page, where you can review your order.

 

Payments can be made via Pay Pal.  Please note when using Pay Pal, be sure your email address is up to date with Pay Pal. The designs will be sent to the address Pay Pal gives us unless otherwise noted.

When Will I Get My Designs?

 

All designs are sent by email ASAP.  Normally we process the orders at night and send out the next day. However, occasionally when we are out of town, or otherwise busy, there will be a "break" in the order processing venue.
I will post notice when I will not have access to a computer. Both our Yahoo Groups and top of Website will have vacation break information.

Please add orders@pnw-embroidery.com to your safe list and be sure to check your spam/bulk folders if the attachment doesn’t show up in your inbox. If you haven’t received your files within 72 hours, E-MAIL and we will get it fixed.

 

Can I get my designs on a C.D.?

 

We will send you designs via email but can also send you designs on a c.d. to your mailing address.

What Are Your Terms Of Use?

 

All embroidery designs have been test sewn by me on a Viking QDII. All embroidery machines are different so I can’t guarantee your results. If you have any problems with your designs;  please let me know as soon as possible so it can be corrected.

 

Because of the nature of electronic media, all sales are final. No refunds.

 

PNW-Embroidery will not be held liable for any damages of losses incurred as a result of using any of our designs.

If you have problems with your paid designs, for up to one year, contact me so I can re- send. (Grab Bag re-sends up to 3 months after purchase)
