How you will get your order.

All designs are sent by email ASAP. Normally we process the orders at night and send out the next day.
However, occasionally when we are out of town, or otherwise busy, there will be a "break" in the order processing venue.
I will post notice when I will not have access to a computer. See top of website for new designs and vacation breaks.

Please add orders@pnw-embroidery.com to your safe list and be sure to check your spam/bulk folders if the attachment doesn’t show up in your inbox.
If you haven’t received your files within 72 hours, E-MAIL and we will get it fixed.
